Raising a concern

At Rokesly, we welcome feedback on what parents feel we do well, or not so well, as a school. We will consider carefully all feedback, whether positive or negative, and try to review our policies and practices accordingly.

From time to time parents, and others connected with the school, will become aware of matters which cause them concern.

Initially, a concern can be raised with your child’s class teacher. At the end of the day, there will usually be an opportunity to speak to staff in confidence. Senior staff also try to make themselves available as much as possible, and are on the school gate at the beginning and end of the day.

For more information about raising a concern in school, please visit the school policy page.
