In-year admissions
During the school year, places sometimes become available in a Rokesly Infant class. These places are offered to children on our waiting list. We may be able to offer a place to children new to the area who have not yet secured a Haringey school place. For more information about securing a school place for your child at Rokesly, please call or email the school office or contact Haringey Admissions Service on 020 8489 1000 or on its website www.haringey.gov.uk/schooladmissions.
Appeals
Rokesly is a very popular school and we can have more applications for places than we can accommodate. Unfortunately, this sometimes means that children who want to come to Rokesly cannot be offered a place.
If your child is not offered the reception school of your choice, you do have the right to appeal. Before starting the process you will need to think carefully about why you want to appeal and apply directly to Haringey’s Admission Service, 48 Station Road, Wood Green, London N22 7TY.
More detailed information regarding admissions and appeals can be found in Haringey’s primary education booklet, available from Haringey Admissions Service on 020 8489 1000 or on its website www.haringey.gov.uk/schooladmissions.
